The original Swiss vineyard work and wine making continues
to be cultivated with the utmost care:  most work is still
done by hand.  However, time doesn’t stand still. New sorts
of grapes that are turned into specialty wines and the traditional
wines such as the classic Chasselas (of excellent quality) are
served in the three lakes countryside.

One wine making area especially worth a visit is the Vully
region near Lake Murten.  Picturesque wine growing villages
and charming wine cellars await your discovery.
